The TICP series IsoVu™ isolated current probes offer exceptional bandwidth, noise suppression, and accuracy, making them ideal for effortless current measurements.
Complete electrical isolation eliminates ground loops and achieves extremely high common-mode rejection. In a 1X configuration, the 50 Ω input of the TICP series probes features ultra-low noise of less than 4.7 nV/√Hz, making them perfectly suited for precise measurements on shunt resistors. The probes are equipped with various attenuation tips to extend the differential voltage range. Depending on the shunt resistor used, the probes are capable of measuring everything from microamperes (µA) in low-power mobile devices to hundreds of amperes in industrial and automotive systems.

The sum of differential input voltage range + offset range will not exceed the maximum measurable input voltage. For example, in TICPSMA's ±0.5 V range, the offset is limited to ±0.15 V. In the TICP series probe's ±0.125 V range, it has the full ±0.5 V offset.
